While it's very simple to upload subscriber lists to your Scriber account, you may occasionally find that some of your contact have been excluded during the automatic upload process.

Here's the most common issues you may face when uploading, and how to fix them.

Error: There was an error uploading your file

Occasionally, you may see the following error screen when uploading your contacts. This is almost always due to an unsupported filetype being dropped into our uploader.

Unsupported type

The most common reason for this error is an unsupported file type. To ensure your subscriber list can be uploaded, it must be supplied as:

• .csv - Comma Separated Value

Error: Contacts being skipped

Often, you'll find that a number - or all - of your contacts are being skipped from the upload process. In almost all cases, the problem is one of these 3 issues.
